Computer Support
When your computer goes wrong, is running slow or if you need a few pointers with Microsoft Word or any another piece of software give me a call or send me an email and I will see if I can help.
When you contact me by phone or email I will try to offer useful advice to solve the problem. In some cases it can be sorted without the need for an appointment.
If needed I can arrange appointment to visit, give friendly, helpful advice about your computing problem and in most cases fix the issue.
When providing software support or tuition about a subject I let the client sit in front of the computer for the learning process. I find the client learns better from instruction than by being shown a technique by me. Patience and Perseverance builds Confidence when using computers.
